This is the eastern terminus of the London Overground Line from Richmond. An island platform between track 1 (north) and track 2 (south) which terminate at the east end of the platform, extends from above the West Subway. There is tactile paving along the edge of each platform.
Platform 1 extends east beyond the end of platform 2. A ramp leads east then west down onto platform 12 near the east end of the platform. Alternatively, you could go down five steps, going south onto platform 12.
These platforms can be reach by lift and steps from the West and Middle subways.
Take the first turning left from the foot of the escalators or steps from the North Concourse, or take the fourth turning right from the foot of the steps from the West Concourse. You go up 4 x 9 steps, going east to platform level. There's tactile paving at the top and bottom of these steps. At the top, platform 1 is to your left, platform 2 to your right, you're near the front of the train.
The foot of these steps is in the middle of the passage leading east to the East Subway. You go up three x 11 steps, going east, to the island platform. There's tactile paving at the top and bottom of these steps.
There's a row of pillars along the middle of each platform. Other features are in the middle of the island platform unless stated otherwise.

You continue down east, turn right (180 degrees, west), turn left (south) onto platform 12.
