Platforms 10A and 11 are an island platform which widens as you move east, away from the steps from the Middle Subway.
Platform 12 is effectively a separate platform along what used to be the north side of the station. Note that platforms 2 then 1 now lie to the north of this.
Although platforms 11 and 12 curve towards the north as you move away from the Middle Subway, we'll refer to directions as east/west for convenience.
There is tactile paving along the edge of these three platforms.
These platforms can be reached via steps from the Middle and East subways, or via lift from the East Subway.
Leave the East Concourse, take the fourth turning on your right (east) in the Middle Subway then follow the passage. The first turning left leads to platform 12, whilst the second leads to steps up to platforms 10A - 11. You go up 4 x 8 steps, going east onto the west end of the platforms. There is tactile paving at the top and bottom of these steps.
Note that these steps are at the end of platform 11. Move right, avoiding a sharp girder and pillar, onto platform 10A.
Some distance beyond the top of the steps, a wall runs north/south across the island platform with a help point in the middle and a lift to the East Subway at each end.
There's a set of steps to each platform, either side of the two lifts. The steps to platform 10A are to your right (south) whilst those to platform 11 are to your right (north).
In either case, you go up three x nine steps, going east. There's tactile paving at the top and bottom of these steps. Turn right (south) onto platform 10A, left (north) onto platform 11.

This platform is at a lower level than platforms 1 - 2 which lie to the north. the platform curves from east towards the north as you move away from the beginning of the platform. There is tactile paving along the edge of this platform.
This platform can be reached via steps from the Middle and East subways or via ramp or steps from platform 1.
You go up 4 x 8 steps, going east. there's tactile paving at the top and bottom of these steps. At the top, you're at the west end of the platform, the steps are from the north side, whilst the slope to the track is from the south half of the platform.
You go up ten, ten then six steps, going east. There's tactile paving at the bottom of these steps.
This platform can be reached via the ramp or six steps from the east end of platform 1.
